Summary
Soon has no accounts and no server of its own. Your countdowns, notes and settings are stored only on your phone.
Data stored on your device
Countdowns (names, dates, notes, icons, colours), reminder choices, widget settings and app settings are kept in the app's private storage (and in your phone's own Android backup if you use it). We never receive them.
Advertising
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect and use your device's advertising ID, approximate location (from your IP address), ad interactions and diagnostic data to show and measure ads, as described in Google's policy. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
Purchases
Soon Pro is sold through Google Play. We don't receive your payment details; Google Play tells the app only whether you own Pro.
Notifications and widgets
Reminders are scheduled on your phone, and widgets read your countdowns directly from the app on your phone. No data leaves the device for either.
Sharing
If you tap Share on a countdown, the text you choose to share is passed to the app you pick. Soon does not send it anywhere itself.
Deleting your data
Everything Soon stores is on your phone. To delete it, delete countdowns in the app, clear the app's storage (Settings → Apps → Soon → Storage → Clear storage), or uninstall the app. We keep no copy, so there is nothing to request from us. Advertising data held by Google can be managed in your Google account.
Children
Soon is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13.
